Kitchen Design and Sales Representative

We are seeking a part time Kitchen Design and Sales Representative with a strong background in high-end residential kitchens and cabinetry. The ideal candidate has excellent technical skills, and the ability to bring creative visions to life through detailed millwork drawings and specifications. A strong sales acumen is also essential, as this role involves guiding clients through the design process and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop high-end kitchen layouts, cabinetry, and millwork tailored to client needs.
• Create and refine technical drawings, including shop drawings for fabrication, using CAD based program (2020, KCD, or similar software.)
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless execution of designs.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, and hardware for custom millwork projects.
• Review and coordinate project details with manufacturing teams and installers.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored design solutions and working within their budget.
• Assist in sales efforts by preparing proposals, presenting designs, and helping clients make confident purchasing decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and builders to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining high design standards and attention to detail.
