Brucefield Manor is a beloved retirement residence in the heart of Mount Pleasant, Ontario. For over 50 years, our century home has provided seniors with personalized care in a peaceful, community-oriented setting. We’re known for our warm atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and dedication to each resident’s well-being.

We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team in a part-time capacity—with the potential to grow into a leadership role. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact now and explore management responsibilities in the future.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Provide exceptional nursing care tailored to individual resident needs

  • Ensure medication administration, care planning, and documentation are completed with accuracy and empathy

  • Collaborate with community healthcare partners and support services

  • Help foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive living environment

  • Support staff and contribute to overall quality improvement initiatives

  • Be open to stepping into leadership tasks as trust and experience grow

Qualifications

You Bring:

  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing

  • Current registration (in good standing) with the provincial regulatory body (RN or RPN)

  • Valid CPR certification

  • A collaborative spirit and interest in future leadership

Eligibility

  • Valid CPR certification
  • Clear vulnerable sector police check
  • Proof of TB screening
  • Reliable transportation
