Duties
Knights Beach Resort is hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician / Handyman to support daily operations and keep our property running smoothly. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and working outdoors.
- General property maintenance and repairs
- Minor plumbing and electrical fixes
- Lawn, grounds, and beach maintenance
- Operating mowers, tractors, skid steers, and similar equipment
- Conducting site inspections and completing repairs
- Painting, carpentry, and seasonal projects
- Assisting with water, sewer, and utility systems
- Responding to guest and staff maintenance requests
- Maintaining a clean, safe, professional environment
Qualifications
- Experience in property maintenance, construction, farming, landscaping, or campground operations
- Comfortable operating equipment
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Background check required
