- Preparing ingredients as directed by cooks or chefs.
- Washing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces, floors, and workstations.
- Operating kitchen equipment safely and appropriately.
- Assisting with basic food preparation and portioning.
