Karate Instructor/Junior Instructor - Brantford Black Belt Academy

Brantford Black Belt Academy is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and positive Part-Time Karate Instructor to join our growing dojo team. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working with children and is passionate about martial arts, personal development, and helping young students build confidence, discipline, and respect.

Position Summary

The Karate Instructor will lead and assist with karate classes for children ages 7–12 years in a small, supportive dojo environment. This role is ideal for an experienced instructor or an advanced karate student looking to gain teaching experience and mentorship opportunities.

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise karate classes for children ages 7–12
Teach age-appropriate karate techniques, self-discipline, respect, and sportsmanship
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
Encourage student participation, confidence, and skill development
Assist with grading preparation, demonstrations, and special events
Communicate professionally with students and parents
Support dojo operations and maintain a clean training space
