SNGRDC is looking for a friendly, reliable, community‑minded Customer Service Representative to help us create exceptional guest experiences across our properties. If you’re energetic, adaptable, and love working with people, this is your team!
What You’ll Do
- Deliver warm, efficient customer service across multiple SNGRDC properties
- Support check‑ins, guest inquiries & POS transactions
- Keep our facilities clean, welcoming & safe
- Assist with Chiefswood Park bookings, guest support & upselling
- Support Bingo Hall operations, including prize payouts & session duties
- Help set up events, programs & property activities
- Maintain supplies, equipment & overall site presentation
Qualifications
What You Bring
- 1+ year experience in customer service or custodial work
- Great communication, positive attitude & strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand, walk, lift & perform physical tasks
- Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Reliable transportation & ability to travel between sites
- Willingness to learn, adapt & take required training
- Must pass a police record check
