Available Positions:
1. Crew Leaders
• Lead, mentor, and inspire your team on high-impact projects.
• Oversee daily site operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Requirement: Proven leadership experience and in-depth knowledge of excavation processes.
2. Heavy Equipment Operators
• Showcase your skills operating excavators, bulldozers, skid steers, and more.
• Execute precise maneuvers while maintaining high safety standards.
• Requirement: Proficiency in operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
3. Labourers
• Serve as the backbone of our operations by assisting in various on-site tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Requirement: Willingness to learn; prior construction experience is an asset but not required.
4. Apprentices
• Start your excavation career with hands-on training and mentorship from industry pros.
• Develop specialized skills while earning a competitive wage.
• Requirement: Eagerness to learn, positive attitude, and commitment to the trade.
Qualifications
Core Qualifications (All Positions)
• Driver's License: Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform demanding physical labour in various weather conditions.
• Work Ethic: Strong history of punctuality, reliability, and team collaboration.
• Safety First: Strict commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a secure job site.
Eligibility
Proven leadership experience and in-depth knowledge of excavation processes.
Willingness to learn; prior construction experience is an asset but not required.
Eagerness to learn, positive attitude, and commitment to the trade.
