What You’ll Do
Digital Content Creation & Storytelling
- Create engaging written, visual, audio, and video content for social media, websites, digital advertising, and internal communications
- Develop compelling stories that strengthen brand awareness, audience engagement, and community connection
- Ensure content aligns with SNG’s brand, values, and communications objectives
Social Media Management & Distribution
- Manage and schedule content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Monitor engagement, respond appropriately to audience interactions, and support online community building
- Utilize social media management tools to ensure consistent and strategic content delivery
Digital Advertising Support
- Assist with the execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns through Meta and Google Ads
- Support campaign performance tracking and reporting
- Help ensure advertising initiatives align with overall marketing goals and strategies
Content Strategy & Marketing Support
- Contribute creative ideas and insights to marketing, communications, and public relations initiatives
- Support the development of campaigns that enhance brand visibility and audience reach
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify content opportunities and success stories
Analytics & Reporting
- Track content, social media, and campaign performance metrics
- Prepare reports and provide recommendations to support continuous improvement
- Analyze engagement data and identify opportunities to optimize performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal departments, leadership, and external partners to develop marketing and communications materials
- Assist with maintaining content libraries, marketing assets, and brand resources
- Support organizational initiatives, events, and special projects as required
Professional Development & Team Support
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Participate in team projects and contribute to departmental goals
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
What You Bring
- College diploma or certificate in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Approximately 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and management tools
- Experience creating content including copywriting, graphics, video, and multimedia assets
- Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools
- Basic knowledge of web design and HTML is considered an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong interpersonal and public-facing communication skills
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and embrace change
