What You’ll Do

Digital Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Create engaging written, visual, audio, and video content for social media, websites, digital advertising, and internal communications
  • Develop compelling stories that strengthen brand awareness, audience engagement, and community connection
  •  Ensure content aligns with SNG’s brand, values, and communications objectives

Social Media Management & Distribution

  • Manage and schedule content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor engagement, respond appropriately to audience interactions, and support online community building
  • Utilize social media management tools to ensure consistent and strategic content delivery

Digital Advertising Support 

  • Assist with the execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns through Meta and Google Ads
  • Support campaign performance tracking and reporting
  • Help ensure advertising initiatives align with overall marketing goals and strategies

Content Strategy & Marketing Support

  • Contribute creative ideas and insights to marketing, communications, and public relations initiatives
  • Support the development of campaigns that enhance brand visibility and audience reach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify content opportunities and success stories

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track content, social media, and campaign performance metrics
  • Prepare reports and provide recommendations to support continuous improvement
  • Analyze engagement data and identify opportunities to optimize performance

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal departments, leadership, and external partners to develop marketing and communications materials
  • Assist with maintaining content libraries, marketing assets, and brand resources
  • Support organizational initiatives, events, and special projects as required

Professional Development & Team Support

  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
  • Participate in team projects and contribute to departmental goals
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • College diploma or certificate in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Approximately 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and management tools
  • Experience creating content including copywriting, graphics, video, and multimedia assets
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools
  • Basic knowledge of web design and HTML is considered an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  •  Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong interpersonal and public-facing communication skills
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and embrace change
