Duties

Redecan is seeking 30–40 Seasonal Cannabis Production Associates to support operations at their Cayuga facility. This is a hands-on, physically active role working in both greenhouse and outdoor environments, ideal for individuals interested in agriculture or cannabis production.

  • Assist with the cultivation and maintenance of cannabis plants throughout the growing cycle
  • Perform plant care tasks such as watering, pruning, and monitoring plant health
  • Support harvesting activities, including cutting and preparing plants for processing
  • Complete trimming and processing of cannabis to meet quality standards
  • Maintain clean and organized workspaces in accordance with health and safety protocols
  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance regulations
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily production targets

Qualifications

  • No formal education or prior experience required
  • Ability to perform physical labour and repetitive tasks
  • Comfortable working in outdoor and greenhouse settings
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours
  • Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
