Hours of Work

Employment Type: Full-time, overnight shifts

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM – 3:00 AM (approximately 35 hours per week)

Start Date: As early as Monday, November 9, 2026

Duties

* Prepare and produce fresh artisan breads, including focaccia and ciabatta.
* Assist with dough preparation, handling, shaping, proofing, and baking.
* Operate bakery equipment and maintain a clean, organized production area.
* Package and prepare finished bakery products.
* Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
* Work efficiently as part of our overnight production team.

Qualifications

* Previous bakery, kitchen, or food production experience is an asset.
* Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working overnight shifts.
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
