Duties
Are you passionate about using data to drive meaningful change? Do you thrive on collaboration and continuous improvement? As our Quality Improvement Coordinator, you’ll be a key player in shaping how we deliver high-quality, client-centered services. You’ll work across teams to support strategic initiatives, enhance data integrity, and foster a culture of learning and innovation.
- Lead and support quality improvement initiatives across the agency
- Facilitate work plan groups and apply QI methodologies to achieve measurable outcomes
- Analyze data and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate Ministry reporting and ensure compliance with funder requirements
- Deliver training and support to staff on effective use of our client database
- Conduct audits to ensure data quality, privacy, and documentation standards
- Collaborate on strategic planning, grant applications, and accreditation efforts
- Promote a culture of evidence-informed decision-making
Qualifications
- Diploma in Social or Human Sciences (or related field)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in social services or healthcare
- Strong knowledge of quality improvement tools and methodologies (e.g., IHI, Implementation Science)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client database systems
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and facilitation skills
- A collaborative, inclusive, and compassionate approach to your work
