Duties

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Project Manager to support a portfolio of time-limited, strategic initiatives across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working across programs and departments to turn ideas into action. You will lead and support projects that strengthen our programs, systems, and organizational practices, helping to ensure we continue to deliver high-quality, client-centered services.

Key areas of focus will include supporting the integration of key performance indicators (KPIs) into supervisory and performance processes, planning and implementation of new programs, contributing to development of recognition initiatives, supporting retention strategy development, and advancing accreditation readiness efforts.

Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you will apply project management and change management approaches to ensure projects are implemented effectively and have lasting impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and coordinate a portfolio of strategic, time-limited projects across the Agency 
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and implementation strategies to support organizational priorities 
  • Collaborate with leaders and teams to design and implement tools, processes, and frameworks (e.g., KPI integration, performance management supports) 
  • Support planning and implementation of new programs and service enhancements 
  • Contribute to staff engagement initiatives, including development of recognition and retention strategies 
  • Support accreditation preparation, including coordination of activities, tracking progress, and follow-up actions 
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and adjust plans to ensure successful outcomes 
  • Facilitate collaboration across departments and support stakeholder engagement 
  • Use data and feedback to inform project implementation and continuous improvement 
  • Document processes, tools, and learnings to support sustainability beyond the project lifecycle

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Social/Human Services, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, program implementation, or a related area
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of project management, implementation, change management, and/or quality improvement methodologies
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using data to inform planning and decision-making
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working with databases
  • Access to reliable transportation

Eligibility

Authorized to work in Canada.

Start date: as soon as possible

12 Month Contract with possibility of extension.
