We are part of our partnership of agencies that provide fast, compassionate, and holistic care for individuals experiencing substance use challenges. Our team is here to support you - no referral needed.
What We Offer
Our services are designed to meet you where you're at. We offer:
- Team-Based Care: Including nurse practitioners, counsellors, case managers, peer support, and culturally safe counselling for Indigenous people.
- Holistic Approach: Combining medication and psychosocial support tailored to your goals.
- Flexible Access: Drop-in and booked appointments available multiple days a week, both in-person and virtually.
- No Referral Needed: Walk in or connect online - whatever works best for you.
- Ongoing Support: We help you transition to long-term care and welcome you back anytime.
